Your work will vary on a daily basis but will include (depending on your discipline):

• Undertaking worksite assessments
• Managing work related injuries
• Managing return to work activities
• Manual handling training
• Vocational assessments and transferable skills analysis
• Case management

To ensure your success you should:

• Be tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or be an accredited Ex Phys
• Have the ability to build ongoing relationships with clients
• Have strong communication skills
• Be extremely well organised
