Your responsibilities for this role will include assisting inured workers with a safe, durable return to work process, you will be involved in:

• Vocational counseling
• Developing and implementing quality focused rehabilitation programs
• Stress and anger counselling
• Case management
• Psych assessments
• EAP Counselling

To be successful you must:
• Have tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehab Counselling
• Have strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Be extremely well organised
• Have strong time management skills and be outcome and results driven
