This is a brand new role for an experienced Estimator in North Perth. Our client is involved with the top end Residential market doing single, double and triple story developments. They are at a forefront of cutting edge of Design and Building Construction with an abundance of awards which demonstrates their ability.
If you’re currently looking for a new position that will offer you stability, involvement in custom built homes that range up to the $1 million mark, a friendly team who are experienced and hard working then this is the perfect job.
To be considered you will have:
- Local knowledge in residential building
- Exceptional software skills
- Good communication skills
- At least four years experience
- Good time management skills
- Be able to liaise with staff and run a small team
