Part- time Residency Coordinator

One of Australia's leading owners of retirement villages that provides both the development and ongoing management of an impressive portfolio of retirement communities, has an opening for an experienced Residency Coordinator join its on-site team.

They pride themselves in the provision of exemplary service both pre and post construction phase, ensuring maximum client satisfaction is delivered during each stage of development.

Your main duties will be assisting new clients in the sale of individual lots (built product), updating database and tracking of prospective purchasers, maintaining exemplary level of presentation of the sales office, assisting both internal and external stakeholders (both existing tenants, new customers and on-site personnel) with any queries relating to the development and general ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Hours will be 4 days per week, 10.30 - 3.30 with every second Sunday being roistered (not flexible) on. You will possess exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills, in addition to having similar 'on-site' experience within a residential / retirement village environment.
