They are seeking a technically astute purchasing specialist who has prior experience in the residential construction industry.  You will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, negotiating and will be the central point of contract for suppliers.
 
With a strong purchasing background you will be familiar in dealing with construction staff at all levels providing advice, meeting deadlines, expediting and working within a high pressure project environment.
