This client has an international presence with offices in 30 countries around the world and employs over 5000 staff. This international company is and looking to employ a Payroll Officer to join their payroll team based on the Northside of Brisbane. Specialising within the coal and mining sector experience within this industry would be highly advantageous. 

You will be working in a team environment and will be responsible for one of the entities within the group. You will be responsible for the full function of the payroll including superannuation, payroll tax, and data processing and be the point of contact for all payroll related queries for a multi-site, multi-state payroll of approximately 450 employees.
 
Suitable application will have a strong end to end payroll background with experience in interpreting multi-state/site awards and EBA. Experience with Micropay would be highly desirable. It is pivotal that you have the ability to work autonomously in a team environment, the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and strong communication skills.
