Business Development Manager
AUSTRALIAN OWNED AND NATIONALLY OPERATED

Our client is an Australian owned and operated company who has forged their success by offering ????? ????? cleaning, waste, security and pest service solutions. They form long term relationships with their key client base that ranges from our leading Universities, Hospitals and landmark buildings, to name but a few. A high profile role now exists for an experienced Business Development Manager who will be selling into Sydney's leading Managed Commercial Property.
Bringing your proven track record as a successful Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing new commercial relationships with key decision makers within Managed Commercial Property across Sydney's CBD lucrative landscape

Actively generate leads through cold calling, canvassing, networking etc
-
Manage an existing database as well as grow and update accordingly
-
Participate in marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, retain existing and importantly attract new clients
-
Manage your sales reporting and work collaboratively with the Sales Manager
To succeed with this quality organisation you and take advantage of this outstanding opportunity, you will need to:

Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in B2B service based solutions of significant contract value ($100K and above)

Managed Property experience within a large Commercial environment or selling to stakeholders within that sector
- Proven track record in achieving results by selling a service

Be able to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders and present to key decision makers

Can clearly demonstrate your sales methodology inclusive of lead generation, sales funnel management and evidence of new business results

Have pride in your presentation and have outstanding business communication skills inclusive of a highly effective rapport building style

Have experience in participating in Tenders and quotes and are able to use your commercial acumen to determine core wins for our client

Ideally be degree educated
