You will be an outgoing, friendly individual who has good time management skills and the ability to work within a small team.
 
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with internal management to develop business requirements.
• Deal with business stakeholders to deliver best practice solutions.
• Communicating with External vendors to deliver suitable solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements of tested concepts and solutions.
• Analyse current "as is" state and develop recommendations.
• Analysis of market conditions.
• Produce reports.
• Monitor and track results.
• Manage the delivery of initiatives within agreed timeframes and project governance model.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:  

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage to aggressive timeframes.
• Ability to liaise with management across the business at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel, Intermediate word and Intermediate Access at a minimum.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Experience working within a project management / governance environment
• Tertiary qualified in Marketing or Business related discipline.
• Experience within the financial services industry and knowledge of the FSRA preferred but not essential.
• Experience and application in SQL
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
