Due to an opening in their Export team, an opportunity exists to join this company in an autonomous Export Coordinator position!
 
This co. exports approx 300 TEU/year of their high value product all over the globe. As an Export Coordinator you will be responsible for:
 

• All correspondence and negotiations with numerous Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders & Road Transport Carriers.
• Preparing ????? ????? numerous export consolidation orders from multiple suppliers
• Preparation of all relevant export documentation - inc. BOL's, Packing Dec's, SLI's, Invoices
• Arranging of Transport at Consignee's end (on occasion)
• Liaising directly with Suppliers and other stakeholders as required
• Liaising with numerous Customs and Quarantine services (both foreign & domestic).

 
To be considered for this position you will have:
 

• Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in a similar position in direct exporting.
• Clear communication - written and verbal.
• Appreciation of time and deadlines.
• Significant knowledge of the principles of International Shipping - experience in working with Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders directly.
• A proactive and self motivating approach to your work!
