Customer Service Rep - Medical

This global company in the medical devices field is a market leader and serves a number of touch points across hospitals, medical institutions and laboratories.
 
Critical to the success of this company in the Australian market, is a core team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives, each looking after their own territory of customers (from within the office).
 
We are looking for a focussed individual who has worked either within a pharmaceutical or medical environment or any other high volume, product based environment. This is not a call centre – as a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to liaise between internal and external stakeholders, input orders, troubleshoot issues and work within a team. You will be excellent at time management and have the ability to work unsupervised.

Applicants with SAP experience are especially encouraged to apply, however experience on any other Customer Database System will be considered.
 
In return, a stable career within a blue chip employer is offered. You will work 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday in fantastic offices in Sydney’s north.  There is no sales involved in this role.
