We are now seekinga Service DeskAnalyst for a 12 month fixed term contract, with potential to go permanent. As our Service Desk Analyst you will answer and log all phone and email Service Desk queries and incident notifications.You will provide first & second level phone support for all incoming Service Desk incidents and requests, via both incoming phone calls and emails.You will manage your own time and prioritise tasks to ensure that our internal customers are dealt with in a helpful and responsive manner.
You will have previous experience in providing phone support and using Desktop management tools.You will possess various hardware and desktop application troubleshooting skills and will have a basic understanding of networking. You will possess an excellent phone manner and exemplary communication skills (both written and verbal).
