Based within the Human Resource team, this position works closely with the HR Manager taking responsibility for recruitment and induction with this fast paced FMCG business. The role will involve managing all aspects of the recruitment process and will include the following day to day duties;
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to write accurate job specification and ensure all positions have been correctly authorised.
- Advising on most suitable method of recruitment ie. direct advertising, agency or referral
- Writing advertisements and effectively managing the responses.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies including negotiations.
- Conducting interviews with line managers.
- Ensuring all reference checks and compliance are completed.
- Conducting company inductions for new starters
In addition to the recruitment aspect of the role, there will be opportunity to increase your generalist HR skills with involvement in performance management, remuneration and coaching. - Previous experience in end to end recruitment from job registration to offer management
- Exposure to a generalist HR environment
- Self motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
