Our client company is a leading International Emergency Assistance Company. They provide 24-hour medical and travel related assistance to policy holders. Their service can include medical evacuations, monitoring ????? ????? of health care, medical expenses and non-medical assistance.
Core functions of the role include:
· Assisting customers who are unwell or injured whilst overseas/away from home
· Operating in a contact centre environment
· Providing excellent customer service
· Providing expert knowledge and guidance
· Obtaining/reviewing/assessing medical information over the phone
· Working as a vital part of a diverse team of Emergency Assistance staff.
Your current RN experience in acute care or critical care will be highly regarded, preferably minimum of 5 years. NSW Nursing Board registration is mandatory and RNs.
