M&E consultancy has a requirement for an electrical design engineer to join their team. The role is a dual one requiring ????? ????? skills and building audit experience. Primarily focusing on growing and managing a new annual certification section of the business, the successful applicant will be carrying out inspections on site and reporting on existing electrical systems. A background working for a contractor would be advantageous. Essential experience required for the role is as follows:

• A building services background;
• Design in power, lighting, data and communications;
• Documentation and tendering;
• Project management of minor works;
• Site evaluation experience;
• Extensive knowledge in the building codes of Australia;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
