This 74 place, 3 room, 0-5 centre caters for predominantly corporate families. The Director has 13 years experience, the last 12 months of which have been at this centre. Staff work 4 x 10 hour shifts each week or 5 x 8 hour shifts and all have worked at the centre for at least 12 of the 18 months that it has been open. The staff retention at this centre is an indication of how successful a work place this is.

The 0-2 room has 30 babies and has 2 x Diplomas and 5 x Cert III . The 2-3 room is licensed for 24 but is running at 17. There is an ECT, a Diploma and an untrained childcare worker in the room. The 3-5 room has 20 children, and has an ECT, Diploma and untrained childcare worker.

The successful applicant will take on the position of Room Leader for the 3-5's room. You will use your ability to work as a team member to lead your team of trained childcare staff in fostering a friendly and caring environment. You will motivate your team through your passion for childcare and provision of quality education.
