Community based Childcare Centre is looking for an excellent ECT to join their team

This 44 place centre in North Sydney has two rooms (soon to be three) and caters for children from 0-5 years. The centre is community based and provides an equitable service to families. Programming is based on the interests of the children and also the NSW curriculum framework.

Staff work 8.5 hours per day, with 30 minute lunch break. Staff have free parking onsite and the centre is also close to public transport. The centre has a large outdoor area and staff work under very good conditions. Staff receive 1 RDO per month and get staff training paid for them every year.

There are 19 children in the preschool class with an ECT and two assistants. With the 0-2s, there is an Early Childhood teacher in the room and 2 other untrained staff members. There are 15 babies in the room providing a ratio of 1:4.
