This small privately owned centre is seeking an ECT to be a room leader for the toddler / pre-school room. This 29 place centre has good staff, resources and supportive parents.  You would have experience with accreditation. You would also need experienced with the emergent curriculum, and have an understanding on the new Early years Learning Framework curriculum.<br /><br />This position is full-time working 38 hours per week. The centre is opened from 8am to 6pm, in which you will be required to work either the 8am to 4pm or  10am to 6pm shift. You must hold a degree in early childhood teaching. There is an attractive salary on offer for the right candidate, including one RDO per month.<br /><br />The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with parents. Must be strong at programming, evaluations and observations with team management skills.
