A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to join a global organisation to be the face & voice of the company.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for providing 1st class customer service to customers both face to face and on the phone.
As the Receptionist, you will be directing calls from a busy switch and directing them to the different departments & brands within the business as well as making our guests feel welcome and managing busy meeting rooms. You will also enjoy assisting with administration support in a range of different areas when required.
To be considered for this position you will have proven Corporate Reception experience within a large organisation where you have managed upwards on 200 calls per day. Fantastic presentation & communication skills coupled with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite are also key for this role.
My client will consider candidates who are seeking a full-time position or those seeking a job share either mornings or afternoons.
