Training Centre Administrator

Do you have excellent customer service, coordination and administration skills coupled with a knowledge or willingness to learn about using technical equipment? A leading Global Consultancy urgently requires a Centre lead to look after the on-site operations of their Learning Academy.
 
Similar to an Officer Manager role, the Training Centre Coordinator will provide all the onsite operational support for the training centre.  This includes facilities management, technical support and some reception duties. Working hours start early at 7am, finishing at 4pm
 
Responsibilities
  • Greet and host learners/trainers

  • Support operations to ensure proper configuration and running of AV, LAN, PC and Communications equipment and support process for AV equipment maintenance - Training will be provided

  • Maintain facilities to ensure proper services, access, security, cleanliness and overall presentation of the centre

  • Manage room bookings, coordinate procurement of all other supplies and ensuring ????? ????? are equipped with required inventory


Requirements:
  • Excellent organisation and problem solving skills

  • Technically savvy with ability to put together / stage a room for most effective delivery of training.

  • Impeccable communication skills and a proactive nature

  • Self management skills and ability to work autonomously

  • Ideally telecommunications experience
