  • Are you looking for a unique, hands-on Office Manager/Personal Assistant role that offers flexible working hours and true autonomy?  Working for this specialist consulting firm in North Sydney offices, you will be involved in all aspects of the business as you will be running the office whilst supporting this role down-to-earth, active Managing Director. 

    With a can-do attitude, you will be expected to show true initiative as you will manage all daily operations of the office.  Responsibilities include; coordinating training seminars and workshops, liaising with suppliers and vendors, managing temporary staff members, maintaining office supplies, ordering ????? ????? addition to booking all travel for the MD, looking after his diary, creating PowerPoint presentations, screening calls and providing general ad hoc support.

    With extensive experience working as a Personal Assistant within a small business, the successful candidate will be capable of working well autonomously within a fast paced environment.  Advanced PowerPoint skills are required.
