An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA / Administrator to join the Operations Team of a well known global organisation in Chatswood. This role will provide executive administrative support to the Operations & Supply Chain Director plus administrative, project and co-ordination support for The Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Agronomy and Purchasing General Managers. This is a temp to permanent opportunity requiring ????? ????? start.
Key accountabilities for the role
- Provide executive administration support to the Operations & Supply Chain Director
- including:
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Expense report and invoice processing
- Diary management
- Creating of high quality power point presentations
- Filing
- Filtering ????? ????? mail and coordinate the sign off
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Operations Team and where required to the
- Sites.
- Oversee Operations Travel budget.
- Link with Global Operations Exec Admin structure where synergies and systems benefit.
- Conference organisation / Event Management, etc.
- Coordination Role including collation PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain core Operations Leadership Team (OLT) records.
- Own OLT travel budget, manage spend and organisation.
- Own OLT period meetings, agenda management, venue, etc.
- Participate and administer in projects and national programs as required.
Essential Requirements
- Results driven with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with excellent PowerPoint skills
- Proven communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong analytical ability
