You will be processing a high volume of claims (approximately 2,500 monthly between 2 people), registering all claims, tracking the status of claims, liaising with the appropriate personnel for approval or rejection, attending to customer queries regarding invoices and claims and providing ad hoc assistance to the team.

You will have experience in claims ideally from an FMCG or Retail environment, have demonstrated stability in previous positions and be looking to give long-term commitment to your next employer.
