Due to a re structure a vacancy has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Manager to assume more senior responsibilities. This role will see you responsible for a portfolio of around 150 Residential Properties with the support of a leasing executive, accounts department & reception.
Your role will entail:
- Managing Repairs & Maintenance of Properties
- Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
- Lease Sign Ups
- Periodical Inspections
- Tribunal Preparation & Appearance
- Lease Renewals + much more.
Obviously you must be highly experienced within Residential Property Management with an ability to also oversee & assist more junior staff from time to time. This role requires someone ideally with Rest/Rockend Experience, strong communication skills & ability to have a laugh whilst working in a very busy environment.
