Our client is one of the leading agencies on the beaches. We have a fantastic opportunity for one lucky person to join a large and successful agency on the Northern Beaches with a top reputation. They continue to go from strength to strength and are one of their franchise brands leading offices throughout Australia.
As a Property Manager you will be required to:
- Assist at periodic inspections
- Arrears control
- New business
- Repairs & maintenance
- Managing a rent roll with another Property Manager of 280 properties
- Attending tribunal hearings
To be considered for this position you must have completed the Certificate of Registration course, have your own car and driver’s license and be exceptionally well groomed and articulate. You will additionally have a minimum of three years Property Management experience, be a local Northern Beaches resident and knowledge of the REST software program is also highly regarded.
This is a successful office with an amazing team and they are known as being one of the best agencies on the Northern Beaches. There is an opportunity to progress within this agency and really kick some goals in Real Estate.
