Our client is a market leader within Real Estate on the Northern Beaches. They require the services of a Property Officer/Leasing Executive to join their experienced team of professionals. This agency is renowned for its progressive, dynamic culture and fabulous training.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager and assisting with the management of 300 properties, your busy day will consist of inspections of properties, condition reports, repairs & maintenance, rental reviews, correspondence with tenants, reference checking tenants and general administrative duties.
To secure an interview for this role you will possess 12 months Property Officer or Leasing experience, hold a current Certificate of Registration and have your own car. In addition the successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, corporate presentation and a ‘can do’ attitude.
