Our client is located by the beach front with a laid back, friendly Director and a stable franchise name. Working in a team of six, this award winning group has lots of plans for the future – wouldn’t you like to be part of it?
Due to growth, our client is seeking a Property Manager/ Office Administrator to add to their close knit team. Managing a small, tidy rent roll of 50 properties, you will additionally be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and the Sales team.
Ideally you will have at least two years experience in the Real Estate industry, have solid administrative skills, high attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team and also autonomously. In addition you will hold your Certificate of Registration and have your own car.
