Due to an internal promotion and growth in their Property Management Department this highly regarded agency is now recruiting for an experienced Property Manager.
In this role you will be working as part of a professional team on a rent roll of over 400 properties. Your main duties will include:
- Rent Reviews
- Arrears Management
- Organising Repairs & Maintenance
- Conducting Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- Live Locally on the Northern Beaches
- A Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent Relationship Building Skills & Attention to Detail
In this role you will have the support of a Property Officer and an Accounts Manager which will free you up to provide excellent client service to your Landlords and Tenants.
