Our client has been in business for over 25 years and has an excellent reputation on the Northern Beaches. They are an extremely well run agency that have invested in up to date technology to provide a better service for their clients and to make things easier for their team.
An amazing opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join their dynamic and professional team.
Working in tandem with another experienced Property Manager on a portfolio of 300 properties your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Leasing of Properties
- Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
- Organising Repairs & Maintenance
- Arrears Management
- Rental Reviews
- Lease Negotiations
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous Experience as a Property Manager
- A Current Certificate of Registration
- Have High Energy Levels and be Ambitious
- Live Locally on the Northern Beaches
This agency has excellent systems and procedures in place as well administration support to allow you to manage the portfolio and not get tied down with admin. An opportunity to earn commission will also be offered to the successful candidate.
