One of Australia's leading providers of financial services is looking for an experienced financial planner with specialist experience in Risk/Insurance advice to service the Northern Beaches area.

 

This role enables you to provide your clients with holistic and lifestyle based financial advice, giving you the opportunity to take your business skills and remuneration to the next level.

 

My client is looking for experienced and driven Financial Planners who seek the challenge of high reward and recognition.

 

You will be responsible for:

• Managing revenue targets through structured activity planning
• Managing retention targets through the provision of quality service
• Providing ongoing service, including regular review meetings & answering ????? ????? enquiries
• Engaging key internal stakeholders to encourage the provision of quality referrals
• Providing effective guidance and coaching of junior Planners in service standards & requirements and quality of advice and compliance requirements

You will require:

• Diploma of Financial Planning - PS146 Compliance - essential
• Proven performance in a financial planning, customer relations and sales role
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective internal relationships with stakeholders
• Effective sales and negotiation skills
• Clear and audible communication skills
