Experienced in residential property manager looking for a great team to work with? Work with 5 other property managers with your own dedicated assistant/secretary to support you.
Work 2 Saturday’s on then 3 off allowing you ‘a life’, the team has regular meetings as well as involvement/training with the rest of the franchise network group.
Excellent systems and procedures are in place utilising Macpro RE Office (similar software experience would suffice). Based on the Westgarth pocket of Northcote surrounded by café’s and shops you will manage typical ‘city fringe’ property your tenants being predominantly the younger demographic.
A generous salary package negotiable commensurate with experience of between $50-60KP is on offer along with a competitive incentive plan based around new business.
