This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with strong leadership and staff management skills to "open the door" and lead a team of 35 dynamic, highly motivated people in the delivery of exceptional, quality services at our Bethavon facility in Northam. Bethavon is a 33 bed low-care Ageing In Place facility with a day respite program.
