Our client is a young, boutique agency, centrally located on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. With a youthful, dynamic Principal and state of the art offices this agency offers stability and career growth.
Working for this premium brand, you will be required to manage a tidy, prestige portfolio of 120 properties and liaise with tenants and landlords. This position will keep your day varied and exciting as you focus on maintaining a portfolio and prospect for new business.
This role requires a candidate that is driven, motivated and energetic who thrives on growing rent rolls organically and building solid relationships with their clients. In order to secure an interview for this fabulous position you will have a minimum two years Property Management experience, hold a current Certificate of Registration and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
