    We currently seek a strategic yet consultative Account Manager with the ability to build long standing relationships with tier 1 businesses. Your role will be to provide professional and timely account management to all search clients that exceeds expectations, and develop positive, long-term relationships. This is a newly created position, and we are looking for someone to get in and hit the ground running; so you will need to have experience in managing search marketing accounts and/or digital campaigns.

    The role of an account manager:
    Research, implement, manage and monitor campaigns, and provide detailed reporting analysis on campaigns
    Identify campaign renewal/cross sell opportunities and be responsible for achieving renewal budgets
    Ensure timely implementation of campaigns (post-sale)
    Conduct campaign profitability analysis
    Stay abreast of industry news and technologies
    Ensure that your clients are kept abreast of industry news and changes in the search industry
    Develop profitable relationships with search engine partners and suppliers
    Attend industry related events and functions as required (which can be either during ????? ????? of business hours)

    To be successful
    in this thrilling role you will require a minimum of 2 years experience managing and growing tier one accounts ideally in a digital marketing or a digital advertising environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and the passion and desire to succeed in a search business. Qualifications in Marketing, business or other related disciplines is highly regarded.
