HR Business Analyst / HR Project Manager
- 3 to 6 month contract
- $800 per day
Our client is currently establishing a large infrastructure project within the market. To achieve their vision, they are looking to grow rapidly to build the capability to form its core workforce.
As a result opportunities exist to work in a true HR operational business role where you will align yourself with the organisational and capability development team to partner and support leadership and management competence. You will do this by embedding all the management and OD processes with leaders in their client groups and define and implement the internal process of how an HR team should be run. You will be responsible for further refining the process through lead measures and determining fit between needs and proposals, mapping processes - end to end between their nominated outsourcer and the organisation. This will involve defining Statements of Work and identifying SLA's.
To succeed in this role you will have hands on experience in a process driven role where you have mapped processes and identified SLAs through outsourcing projects. The combination of your HR consulting and measures of outsource scenarios are vital for your success in this role.
