Vibe Hotel North Sydney is a 4 star hotel and is looking for dynamic individuals to join our exuberant and dedicated Food and Beverage Team as Food & Beverage Supervisor.
For this position you must be well presented, enthusiastic with a natural ability to converse on all levels. This is a full time position.
The successful applicant will have the below responsibilities:
Supervision of daily operation of the Restaurant and Bar areas
Supervising and organisation of staff
Develop and train staff
The successful candidate will need to have:
A passion for the industry and a natural drive to succeed
The ability to fit into a successful team
Team leadership skills
Supervisory/Management experience -Minimum 12 months
Effective supervisory skills
A strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction
An exceptional eye for detail
A mature approach to their job role
This position offers the opportunity to develop in the offered role as well as the potential to advance at other Medina, Adina, Vibe or Travelodge Hotels throughout Australia, New Zealand & Europe.
