APIC invites applications for the position of Operations Manager. The successful applicant is an organised, self motivated, result orientated, confident professional with ability to communicate (written and verbal) at all levels. The appointee will need to lead the team, accept responsibility for outcomes, juggle multiple initiatives and deliver to targets agreed with the College.
The Operations Manager shall assist in both domestic and international marketing and sales, international relations and delivery of corporate training worldwide.
The appointee shall also oversee financial management of the College (including liaison with Auditors). The appointee shall organise, and where appropriate, participate in the delivery of education, training, consulting and other services of the College.
The Operations Manager shall be liaising with NSW Department of Education and Training on the College’s registration and CRICOS compliance as well program accreditation. As part of the role the appointee shall look after compliance in both administrative and academic management sense following the College’s Quality Management System. The appointee shall be the Manager for International Students.
The appointee is expected to participate in conventions, conferences, exhibitions, other forms of marketing/business promotion activities, client relations and associated tasks.
He/she will need to have a business management or combined business law and finance degree or other appropriate qualification preferably with 5 years of relevant experience in responsible administrative and managerial positions preferably with an education institution. The candidates who have formal training in IT or have a command of using normal office software will be given preference.
APIC offers an annual salary package in the range of $60,000-$70,000 plus superannuation commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications. There is prospect for promotion for a talented person with initiative, dedication and focus on achievement of results.

Essential criteria
Possession of a relevant degree (preferred business or commerce)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
