Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this position is responsible for managing, coaching and developing the field service team to ensure a high level of technical competency and customer service is achieved. You will also be required to develop and maintain systems and processes as well as implement technical training programs.
This position is geared to a performance oriented individual who is keen to climb the ladder of corporate success.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Previous success in people management in either engineering, installation or service business
- The ability to engage with people at all levels
- Hands on approach and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the role
- Technical repair or service capabilities
