BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / PROJECT DIRECTOR
A unique position is open with one of the world’s leading project management consultancy’s. Based in North Sydney, you will be joining a Blue Chip firm with a portfolio of $billion Building and Infrastructure Projects. This opening is within the Project Services group and reports to the Group Manager.
You must have a background in New Business Development while also being able to act as Project Director for the delivery of high profile Commercial, Retail, Health or Defence related projects across Australia.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Tertiary qualified - Building or Civil
- Previous NSW experience in successful business development for a major Builder or Consultant. This will be in relation to Buildings Projects.
- Project Management experience in the delivery of MAJOR Buildings projects.
- Knowledge of ESD would be useful.
You will be able to show steady work history and an impressive scale of projects worked on. An attractive salary package is on offer with an anticipated range of $160,000 - $200,000
