Our client is a premier FMCG company and is one of the largest confectionery companies globally. In Australia alone, they have had a massive 70% expansion in the past two years, with sales growing on an international scale
Located in North Sydney, we are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their small and friendly team.
Within this role your key responsibilities will be-
- managing internal and external relationships, customer service
- managing customer orders, resolving distribution issues, recommend order quantities and stock allocation
- update and maintain account-specific supply chain reporting
- working with customers on supply chain objectives to minimise costs
- liase with account managers, buyers, VIP customer contacts in person and on the phone
The successful candidate will demonstrate-
- impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, experience with Access desired
- FMCG end-to-end supply chain experience advantageous
- previous experience in a relationship management / customer service role required
- the ability to work automously, adhere to deadlines and utilise initiative
