Customer Service Representatives- Banking/Finance industry

  • from $22.50 p/hr + super + loading

  • 3 month contract with potential to extend
  • Our client is a well-known and established banking corporation, we are currently looking for call ????? ????? to join the team in North Sydney and provide customer assistance with their BRAND NEW online service

    Within a 24/7 call ????? ?????, there is opportunity for inbound and outbound call ????? ?????. These roles are 3 month contracts initially with potential to extend.

    Within this role your primarily responsibilities will be to

    • execute a high level of customer service at all time
    • attend to inbound calls- primarily customer account queries and requests
    • work towards kpi's
    • utilise your initiative to assist with customer complaints and resolutions

    Successful applicants will demonstrate

    • availability to work a 24/7 roster
    • previous contact centre experience
    • professional, courteous and friendly phone manner
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills

    There are various shifts available within the call ????? ?????, no graveyard shifts at this stage. WHV applicants welcome. Applicants must be available to attend interviews from Tuesday 10-11-09 with a view to commence mid-late November.
