Service/Sales Co-ordinator-North Syd–12 month Maternity Leave Contract $60K+S

  • Our client located in the heart of North Sydney is seeking an experienced administration co-ordinator in this dynamic and global communications and IT Company.

    This is a 12 month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extending or going permanent.
     
    Are you available to start ASAP and have extensive service and sales co-ordination experience?
     
    The role:
    • Entitle, validate, enter and manage customer orders from end to end
    • Quote customers on services, installations/implementations, repairs, and maintenance contracts – new and renewal
    • Take appropriate action to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain business to business relationships by interfacing with channels, distributors, internal departments and directly with global customers
    • Generating, customizing and analysing reports for the use of internal and external customers
    • Follow-up various issues with Sales / Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Process Purchase Orders
    • Maintain the database to ensure maintenance contracts, customer details, and relationship information, audit trails, hardware details are entered and updated correctly.
    • 80% Administration and communication via email, 20% Communication over the phone.
    Experience needed:
    • 3 years + + service and sales co-ordination and administration experience
    • Able to articulate and draft an email to customers based in Asia English is their second language
    • Exceptional time management, reporting & analytical skills
    • Ability to balance the needs of the customer with the company's objectives
    • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
    • Strong commitment to quality customer service delivery
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Effective team building and leadership skills
    • Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
    • Well groomed, warm, bubbly and friendly
    • Microsoft suite – Intermediate Word & Excel
    • Siebel – Business Applications (CRM, Analytics/Answers)
    • Sales force
