We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our North Strathfield team recruiting across an Industrial & Commercial division. We are an energetic team with a huge focus on Customer Service and OH&S.
This position will involve a strong element of sales and see you using your superior relationship building skills on our existing client base as well as a key focus on developing new business.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be required to:
• Generate your own leads & roles through our extensive database; training & support will be provided here.
• Creatively Source, Screen, Interview & Reference suitable candidates
• Maintain our current database with candidate and client updates
• Place suitable candidates to match client needs
