Established for many years and a house hold name in the business this progressive group on the Upper North Shore are currently expanding and seeking to employ a Property Officer to join their team.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager you will be kept busy on the day-to-day activities which include:
- Showing properties
- Reference checking
- Repairs & maintenance
- Attending to tenant inquires
- Arrange homes for occupancy
To be considered for this great role you will:
- Hold current Certificate of Registration
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Own car
- Be committed to excellence and a team player
