Our client is a very successful and professional leading agency on the Upper North Shore. They are committed to achieving outstanding results are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team.
Managing a portfolio of 150 properties with the assistance of a Property Officer your main responsibilities will include:
- Reconciliations
- Liaising with landlords
- Repairs and maintenance
- Periodic reports
- Tribunal attendance
- And much more!
The successful candidate will be mature, autonomous and show initiative. Previous Property Management experience (preferably 4 years) is essential as is knowledge of REST. End of Month experience is highly desirable but not essential. You will be dealing extensively with landlords so excellent communication is a must.
