As a highly valued Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role within our Finance team, delivering ????? ????? service to our internal stakeholders.
Reporting to our Fleet Manager you will provide administrative assistance related to fleet administration, liaising closely with our internal stakeholders and other personnel within the finance team.
Your day to day responsibilities will range from vehicle Novations, fleet administration & purchasing, staff notifications whilst ensuring ????? ????? are accurate and up to date.You will liaise closely with payroll to ensure salary deductions are made promptly and accurately. Ensuring ????? ????? service and timely invoice payments be key deliverables. Your sound ability to convey learned government regulations to others within the business will be key deliverables.Your culminated vehicle expertise will enable you to consult to your internal stakeholders on Novated issues.
To be considered for this role you will be educated to HSC level, with previous corporate office experience.You will possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and demonstrate exemplary customer service skills. You may come from a purchasing environment that has keen interest in motor vehicles.You will be bright, engaging and friendly by nature that is looking to join a friendly, open and collegiate team. You must have exemplary attention to detail with strong numerical skills.
