As a senior member the Organisational Development team, you will have exposure to a wide variety of work, particularly leadership development. The aim of the team is to create an inspiring ????? ????? where there is a focus on people, customers and performance. Your role is analyse, design and deliver OD interventions to enhance business performance. You will have minimum 8 years of experience in OD (Strategic & Operational) and you will have extensive experience in leadership development, team development, coaching & change management.
