Our client who a busy design consultancy based on the North Shore work on large engineering ????? ????? in Australia and abroad. Currently, they have a great opportunity available for a Document Controller/ Administrator to join them on a long term part time/ contractual basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for the document management in respect to printing, distribution, filing, referencing, scanning and storage of division hardcopy and softcopy documents, and AutoCAD drawings. Managing cost controls of projects by ensuring ????? ????? time sheets are managed and that budgets are met.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
- An understanding or experience working for an Engineering ????? ?????
- Computer literacy – MS Office and electronic document management experience
- Basic AutoCAD skills would be advantageous
- Quality assurance system knowledge
- Well organized and the ability to multi task
- Time management and an eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
