This multinational technology leader currently requires the skills of an intermediate-level Software Engineer, with strong systems engineering process knowledge, to function as a key member of a highly successful technical team developing ground-breaking software solutions for a global customer base.
The Software Engineer will benefit from working for a leading multinational brand; though still function within a compact team environment i.e. you will have full project responsibilities. As such, you will need to have full software development lifecycle exposure from requirements phases right through to testing. Surrounded by a smart, inclusive engineering team, the Software Engineer will have contacts with some of the most influential organisations within the commercial, government and defence industry sectors (for this reason, engineers will also need to be Australian citizens).
The Software Engineer will bring to the table strong educational background and commercial experience in software engineering, demonstrable knowledge of the systems engineering process, C/C++ programming experience (ideally across both Linux and Windows platforms), ideally exposure to Visual Studio, QT toolkit and STL, and the capacity to interact and function within a dedicated team environment.
