Dialer Manager

Our client is a large US based Disease Prevention and Wellness group with 4000 employees worldwide, providing a diverse range of services through call ????? ????? internet support.

Due to growth, there is a newly created position for a Dialer Manager to join the IT team. Working in a supportive environment you will use your technical background to be a fundamental asset to the company.  

The role

• Assist staff with all computer and telecommunication related hardware and software issues
• Troubleshooting basic network issues and managing thin client
• Provide IT&T helpdesk support
• 1st level of database support
• Basic database (MSSQL) concept and understanding
• Basic SQL reporting skills
• Application support

 

The person

• 3 years or more experience in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Windows environment
• Basic database knowledge
• Troubleshooting skills
• Microsoft Office, Windows XP, Active Directory and Server 2003 skills
• Basic database management and reporting experience
• IT projects implementation experience
• Web design / development experience
• Excellent written and communication skills

 

The regular working hours are 8.00am – 8.00pm (Mon - Fri). Enjoy the variety of working two different shifts: Morning shift (8.00am – 4.00pm) or Afternoon Shift (12.00pm – 8.00pm)
