Our client is a large US based Disease Prevention and Wellness group with 4000 employees worldwide, providing a diverse range of services through Care Enhancement Centre's and internet support.

 

There is now a unique opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing or Senior Nursing Executive to join the Australian operation in their North Ryde Care Enhancement Centre (CEC) - You could have a direct impact on the reduction of chronic disease in our community!

 

The role

 

• As a member of the executive team you will provide senior clinical direction and participate in future planning and business development/growth
• Mentoring ????? ????? line managers to achieve greater outcomes and team morale
• Be the primary clinical contact with external business partners 
• Ensure the CEC's daily clinical compliance and KPI's are met
• Provide an environment that strives for clinical excellence matched with industry leading customer service practices

The person

 

• You will be a "List A" Registered Nurse with post graduate qualifications in Management, Business or Finance
• Have a minimum of 10 years hands on management experience in an acute clinical setting
• Have experience or knowledge of chronic disease management principles coupled with health and wellness programs
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to be self-directed, highly organised and handle multiple projects at one time
• Ability to lead an organisation to achieve great clinical outcomes by involving staff in the decision making process
